Drill 4 Success is the first Military Leadership Program at a non-public school in the State of Delaware.  

As a first-year program, Drill 4 Success offers a Military Leadership Program with Courses on the 1OO, 200, 300 and 400 levels. Additionally, we assist our students with Career Readiness, Life Skills, ASVAB Testing, Mentoring and Tutoring.

by providing comprehensive education to our students, helping them develop life skills, leadership qualities, and values needed to thrive in society. Through mentorship, workshops, and experiential learning, we guide them to uncover their passions and contribute positively.

Our military projects support students in preparing for college and careers. We offer guidance, scholarships, and resources to ensure financial constraints don't hinder access to higher education and meaningful work.

We're committed to literacy for all ages. We establish reading clubs, provide books, and offer workshops, nurturing a love for learning and enabling all students to pursue their dreams.
