Our Initiatives

The Drill 4 Success Inc. as a military leadership program, has a structure which defines roles and responsibilities while providing leadership opportunities and encourages decision-making by Cadets.

Our Mission

Drill 4 Success Inc., the First Military Leadership Program at a non-public school aims to instill confidence, discipline and teamwork in high school men and women. The Military Leadership Training Program uses the military model for three distinct reasons: organization, structure, and discipline.

Drill 4 Success Cadets are confident, organized like a military unit to build cohesion,

which facilitates teamwork and creates efficiency in daily activities.

The Drill 4 Success military model provides a clear set of rewards for exceptional performance and consequences when standards are not met.

Cadets can reach their full potential by developing leadership skills, meeting and exceeding standards, as well as, being challenged to do their best in and outside the classroom.
